Solely Natural !

One of my fave poems is by Poet Rudyard Kipling, titled : " The Way Through the Woods" When I saw the quiet engraving on paper; " Square Rotation 2" painted by David de Almeida and Designer Raphael Young's unpretentious sole for SS'09 they solely reminded me of a verse from Kipling's poem:
"Yet, if you enter the woods Of a summer evening late,
When the night-air cools on the trout-ringed pools

Where the otter whistles his mate,

(They fear not men in the woods, Because they see so few.)

Sometimes I really like the look of wood on a sole. It's very subtle yet alluring. This is one of those very subtle..yet alluring looks.

Hi Everyone:

-Jill, Thanks! I think it's the wood that makes them sooo compatible!

-Marie, You're right it's subtle, creating this lovely harmony between dark (Black) and light (wood)!!!

-Miss Glitzy, I hope you do write a post about Raphael Young because you will solely cover all details of a lovely sole!
